Warnings to stdout

Both warnings and RDF go to stdout. It would be easier to capture RDF output if warnings go to stderr and only RDF to stdout.

Yes, will fix. For now you could use the -o parameter to specify an rdf file.

Not an urgent issue - I have already switched to -o.
