Summary

I realize that a lot of other projects use the create-*-app. Following this convention might not be a bad idea. It should also help to avoid confusion that exists with using express in the name of a project that doesn't use express.

Over the past 4 years we haven't had any strong reasons to change the project name, so this seems pretty well resolved.

I just recently discovered that NPM has an interface for creating projects via npm init - this interface depends on the package prefixed with create-, so that's a pretty easy and compelling reason to migrate to that naming scheme.
