VS Code - Run On Save works only after extension reload

Describe the bug
When for example turning off the option to Run on Save, after making changes to files it would still auto sort the classes.

Expected behavior
Once option is toggled it should take effect accordingly to the user selected option.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 10
• VS Code
• extension version 3.2.0

Additional context
I found that after reloading the extension the user selected option took effect so may be worth reloading the extension after making change or prompting user to reload the extension.
