To drive better code quality pull requests should go through a series of automated build and testing before their merging. This issue is track the setup and deployment of CI/CD services for the project.

Tasks

• Setup automated build system
• Setup GH Actions to trigger automated build system on PR submittal
• Enable PR merge acceptance to success from automated build system
