(Trivial) Share Function - Translation not being used & wrong date format

Description

I've noticed that the translation of "share_page.no-content" is not being used and that it's hardcoded (Should be the correct line)

Also the shared note displays the US date (M/DD/YYYY) regarding the time when an article was changed and not the date format that is fitting the display language.
