Hide expand/collapse children button in tree view when all children are hidden archived notes #8996

Describe feature
When parent has only archived notes and “Hide archived notes” setting is enabled, Collapse/show subtree button in tree view is visible and clickable. This can be confusing and visually unclean
Additional Information
Current Behaviour: If children are hidden expand subtree can be clicked once then it is unclickable
Ideal Behaviour imo: Hide the button fully as if it has no children
