@ZangXincz You can extract todo items from Trilium using the backend script API. Todo checkboxes are stored as HTML with a specific structure:

Here's a backend script example to extract all unchecked todos under a root note:

Key points:

• Use api.searchForNotes() to find notes under your root using the ancestors query
• Use note.getContent() to get HTML content
• Use api.cheerio (built-in) to parse the HTML
• Unchecked items won't have the checked="checked" attribute
