Keyword to keep bugview from rendering a comment?

There are issues I'd like to make public, but maybe allow a specific comment to NOT be rendered via bugview? SOmething like "#bugview-private" as the first line in a comment will blank it out.

Old-school bugview on Joyent's Jira I thought had a per-comment setting to do that, but I may be misremembering. (The old JS source may be instructive here.)

I can file a ticket on this but I'm not sure if it's a TOOLS- bug or a TRITON- bug. (Probably a TOOLS-)

We already have this implemented at the JIRA level.
If you look at https://mnx.atlassian.net/browse/TRITON-2535 you will see JIRA restricted comments that do not show up in
https://smartos.org/bugview/issue/TRITON-2535 or https://smartos.org/bugview/json/TRITON-2535

However, the original bugview nodejs code had an extra pair of suspenders that IF such fields were leaked by using a JIRA account with too many privileges it too would filter them out.

I will add such suspenders to the rust implementation as a further guard.

Do we want to also add filtering based on the content of a comment or should this be closed out now that #18 has been merged?
