Create or etching rune using using javascript natively
- Define the network, *this script only tested on regtest & testnet
- Edit/adjust the runestone data
- Do step 1, fund the balance into generated address
- Do step 2, generate transaction hex
- Broadcast the tx "# Rune-Mint"
