[DOCS] Missing documentation on Terraform Registry

Currently there is no documentation for this provider on the Terraform Registry.

I was curious and had a look, this should in theory work out of the box: https://developer.hashicorp.com/terraform/registry/providers/docs#publishing

I think Trozz will need to tweak something on their terraform account

That being said, it seems that Open Tofu is working: https://search.opentofu.org/provider/trozz/pocketid/latest

This is coming from an issue on the terraform registry side, it doesn't appear to be detecting the docs, opentofu scrape it for the docs where as terraform requires a web hook to trigger the update, and they are not creating the web hook on our repo, a potential option is to remove the provider, but as people are using it, I am hesitant to do so
