Description
Allow for more than just Pinata as a pinning option.
- Research required to figure out what other options there are,
- Cleanup of existing work with is "sort of" ready for different options, but not complete,
- Make it all easily configurable and documented.
Marking as delay as it doesn't need to be done now.
