Contributor Covenant Code of Conduct

Our Commitment

We commit to making participation in our community a respectful and productive experience for everyone.

Standards

Examples of behavior that contributes to a positive environment for our community include:

  • Treating others with respect
  • Being open to different opinions and experiences
  • Providing and accepting constructive feedback
  • Acknowledging and correcting mistakes

Examples of unacceptable behavior include:

  • Harassment of any kind
  • Offensive or derogatory comments
  • Personal attacks
  • Sharing private information without consent
  • Any behavior considered unprofessional

Responsibilities

Community leaders will:

  • Enforce these standards
  • Take action against violations, which may include warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans
  • Clarify reasons for any moderation decisions when appropriate

Scope

This Code of Conduct applies in all community spaces and when representing the community publicly.

Enforcement

Instances of unacceptable behavior should be reported to the community leaders at [email protected]. All reports will be handled promptly, fairly, and with respect to privacy.

Enforcement

Community leaders will follow these Community Impact Guidelines in determining the consequences for any action they deem in violation of this Code of Conduct:

  1. Warning
  • Behavior: Minor violation or single inappropriate act.
  • Action: Private warning with explanation of why the behavior was inappropriate. A public apology might be requested.
  1. Temporary Ban
  • Behavior: More severe or repeated violations.
  • Action: Temporary ban from community interaction, including no unsolicited contact with those enforcing the code.
  1. Permanent Ban
  • Behavior: Severe or ongoing violations.
  • Action: Permanent exclusion from community interaction.
