misleading error message

I have one giant units csv file which I share among my systems. To make it easier to update I have a few blank lines and lines commented out with a leading #. TR functions entirely fine, using the valid unit ids and ignoring the blank lines and commented out lines. This bug is only for the fact that the error message says "talkgroup" when it's for unit tags, and maybe to suggest downgrading from error to warning. Everything functions correctly, so I don't feel like error is correct here.
