Feature Request: Name rdioscanner_upload instances

Allow for a flag in the config.json to name the upload instances to aid in troubleshooting

Additional Consideration:

Renaming the plugin from rdioscanner to just uploader or similar to encompass additional uses as the develop.

That's actually fairly easy to implement.

"name": "rdioscanner_uploader_rdio",

is already part of the config and can be any text you want. We can just display that on upload instead of creating a whole new field..
