ARM64 Docker Image

Could you please kindly have an official docker image for ARM? The current one is AMD only. Although I can build myself, just wanna keep the consistency.

I agree with @henrywithu, although it's quite easy to fork the repository and build for ARM-based server since there is already an official release of Ghost for ARM architecture it's surprising the ActivityPub does not have an ARM Image
