Plugin is dead, working alternative

This plugin is dead and doesn't work with esm, author is not responding, so I had to create rollup-plugin-string-import (GitHub) with a few changes:

• TypeScript support
• ESM (fixes Not use able with node esm  #25)
• Custom transformer (fixes Feature request: An option to process string obtained from text file #29)
• GPL 3.0
• Nice docs following official rollup plugins practice
