this is a bug both my friend and I are going through, and I have done every fix I have found online, including what was posted in the general forums on this bug on steam about closing out 3rd party services, and still nothing. after 3 game file verification's, and a completely fresh install on a different drive, I have gotten nowhere, and I also struggle to find this bug on this forum page as well
