Tests: Fuzzy matching

The basic test pattern currently takes a set of inputs, runs the entire hashing and linking workflow, and then compares the resulting linkages against a specific expected list.

We should add a test set that considers only the number of linkages. This could take a range as an input, since we might need to constrain the number of linkages from either extreme.
