new release for sqlalchemy 1.4 support?

The git head supports sqlalchemy 1.4, but it doesn't seem to have a release as yet? is that planned?

Also it looks like the domain sprox.org has expired and is being squatted by some sort of dodgy website.

What he said! Smoke testing our app with a main branch build, python 3.10.5 and SQLAlchemy 1.4.41 looks OK...
