Cull scratch blocks off screen

It seems like turbo warp doesn't cull blocks of code off the screen

this seems like an easy fix in the rendering api where you can just do an AABB check with the bouding box of any given block of code

then why does it take long to see inside on larger projects, they are loaded into memory since the project is running but it does some other sort of loading or rendering which causes the lag.

a lot of set up happens for all the blocks but they get hidden to make scrolling smoother which was a higher priority

i still think its unreasonable to have to wait so long for a few blocks to be setup
