Two noteworthy changes:

Electron 38 drops macOS 11 support, so another legacy build is being added.
- Old macOS support is becoming unsustainable #1251 discusses how this is unsustainable
Electron 38 on Linux now defaults to Wayland if it's available
- Fixes Linux wayland #433
- Fixes Can't use trackpad gestures to zoom #1244
- We will be able to address Use fallback-x11 instead of x11 socket in Flatpak to improve safety label #951 in flathub/org.turbowarp.TurboWarp
- Fixes probably more issues
- Probably adds some new issues too
