[IDEA] add packaging multiple projects into one installer

this would mostly be useful for packaging more than one skew of a project into one thing, like a 32 bit and 64 bit version, or a slimmed down version of a project, or even to create compilations

You would end up with multi-gigabyte installers and I don't think that's going to be a good user experience
