External File Embedding

Pretty simple idea, allow for the embedding of extra files outside of the .sb3 to be included with packaging the project. These external files could then be referenced in the .sb3. A simple idea for this would be to allow embedding .json files with the package, which could then be referenced to allow for easy language translation in a project by having .json files for each language.
