Vanilla launcher

Is there a way to get the 7.3_01 babric instance into vanilla launcher(+the json if possible)?

Probably (similar to how Forge and Fabric do it), but using Prism Launcher is just more convenient for users and devs and prevents a ton of issues by fully separating your Minecraft instances (default launcher does not do this, which leads to a lot of problems with modloaders).

Issue is, there's no prism for android

There's no default launcher for Android either. You should have specified PojavLauncher support.
