Allow to use the same endpoint name under suites

The naive approach.

But it looks like that thing is more complicated than I initially thought.

		CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS endpoints (
			endpoint_id    BIGSERIAL PRIMARY KEY,
			endpoint_key   TEXT UNIQUE,
			endpoint_name  TEXT NOT NULL,
			endpoint_group TEXT NOT NULL,
			UNIQUE(endpoint_name, endpoint_group) -- <--- need to inject suite name somewhere 
		)

So any help to make it work appreciated.

Also, I guess that should be suite.Key() and not suite.Name there. Because the same name could be used in different groups.

UPDATE: Even the issue is already there.
