endpoints to check DNS Over HTTPS, QUIC, TLS examples?

This config working but is it right config to check if those services working or not?

This does not check if DNS resolution itself is working properly. As explained in the FAQ for monitoring a TCP endpoint here:

📝 [CONNECTED] == true does not guarantee that the endpoint itself is healthy - it only guarantees that there's something at the given address listening to the given port, and that a connection to that address was successfully established.

The same thing applies to tls and udp endpoints when CONNECTED condition is used. There is an open issue requesting to add support for DoT and DoH: #784
