Describe the feature request

As I understand it, while you can change the tab title + the logo:

Health Dashboard
Monitor the health of your endpoints in real-time

is hard-coded:

gatus/web/app/src/views/Home.vue

Lines 7 to 8 in 40345a0

It would be nice to be able to configure this too
