Describe the feature request
An external endpoint may send detailed error messages and/or logs to gatus. Because URLs can be limited and need to be encoded, not all information will reach gatus or it will result in an error.
Besides that, error messages can contain sensitive data. When sending them in the URL, TLS cannot do its job.
