Improve UI with showing an error when file embedding proccess failed

At the moment UI always shows when embedding processing started but never notify if its completed or errored.

You've correctly identified a gap in our UI feedback loop. The system correctly notifies you when the file embedding process begins, but it doesn't provide any notification about the final outcome, whether it's a success or a failure. This can leave users uncertain about the status of their data.

Analysis

The current implementation starts the embedding process in the background and immediately responds to the UI to prevent the request from timing out. This is why you see the "processing started" message. However, there is no mechanism in place to communicate the result of this background task back to the user's session once it completes.

We need to implement a status tracking system for these background jobs. A common approach would be for the frontend to poll an endpoint for status updates, or for the backend to push updates to the frontend using WebSockets or Server-Sent Events.

Next Steps

To help us understand the failures you're seeing, could you please check the browser's developer console and the server logs for any error messages that occur during the embedding process? This information would be valuable for debugging.

We will take this enhancement into consideration for a future release.
