Add SigenMate plant is not possible #395
|
Hello, it is possible to include the new SigenMate inverter and battery with a local modus connection? I can not connect to the SigenMate system with the WLAN ip address and default port 502. Best Regards |

Hi, SigenMate is currently not supported by this integration. The integration is based on Sigenergy's published Modbus protocol. The current V2.9 document lists the supported SigenStor EC, Sigen Hybrid, Sigen PV, Logger and Commbox models, but it does not list SigenMate. Port 502 is documented for the applicable Hybrid/PV devices, but having a WLAN IP address does not by itself mean that a SigenMate exposes a local Modbus TCP server. Please check with your installer or Sigenergy support whether local Modbus TCP can be enabled for your exact SigenMate model. If they confirm that it is supported, please provide:
With that information we can assess whether support can be added. If the device does not expose a local Modbus TCP server and compatible register map, this integration unfortunately cannot connect to it. |
Hi,
thanks for the response. I reached out to the Sigenergy support with the question how to open the Modbus interface of the Sigenmate. I will get back when I have the Sigenergy support answer. If I get a postive response, I will ask for the applicable Modbus protocol/register documentation.
Unfortunatly, I cann't see an option to activate the modbus interface in the mySigen App. So, I guess this is not implemented so far.
