Quote blocks are single-line

Describe the bug
Quote blocks are single-line only, it is not possible to write multiple lines in it.

To Reproduce
Visible in the demo editor at https://www.blocknotejs.org/

1. Insert a quote using /quote
2. Write some text
3. Press Enter
4. The focus goes out of the quote block

It's possible with shift+enter, similar to how it works in notion. We could consider to make this configurable, of course
