Steps to reproduce
Dual monitor setup(0 brightness, 30-60 contrast) I have an LG IPS FULLHD and a LG FHD
Put 2 instances of a web browser(I use firefox) on each monitor
On one run youtube or twitch
On the other browser; browse other websites with many widgets, I can trigger it consistently by viewing some images on imgur and minimizing firefox.
Turning the affected monitor on/off fixes the issue but it is so easily triggered on my LG IPS FULLHD monitor(Doesn't happen on the newer one) that it is very annoying to have to fix it so many times. Included is a side by side comparison, it is less subtle in real life but you can see what I am talking about. I have a photo sensitivity migraine issue and Lightbulb is just one layer that I use in order to be able to use my PC so some help would be WONDERFUL.
Details
Monitor stays dark, it doesn't
