There are way too many requirements/installation files in this repo. probably due to some legacy from the past. currently there is no chance to understand which one of them is the one to use and which isn't.
if there is some differences between Linux and Windows install config it is fine to have install.sh & install.bat on the repo, but unless there is a very good reason we shouldn't have any difference between the requirements.txt of Linux and Windows.
