Education site redesign: /education + /lessons IA cleanup (2026-08-04 WG meeting)

Context

Tracking issue for a round of IA/UX feedback on the education homepage and lesson catalog from the 2026-08-04 WG meeting. Goal across all of these: reduce the amount of information presented per page, and make the browsing model (Getting Started / Browse All / filters) coherent instead of three overlapping concepts.
