Description
Because we are going to be using images with the quotes feature, we need to figure out how to properly upload images into the application. Currently, the image will be uploaded to one of the servers. If there is more than one server being used in an environment (like in production) this would mean the image exists on one server but not the other.
We need to come up with a solution that either ensures the image exists on both servers, or is copied out to an external source like AWS S3.
