Consent gets stuck when trying to enroll children ages < 6

I get stuck at node `nbkJ3g7` and am unable to proceed:

I think it's supposed to show radio buttons for number of children to enroll but they are not showing up. 

Testing was done on the Chrome browser with the mobile view enabled in the developer tools.
