Placeholder function for final ordering of all entries

@peterbispham offered to write a placeholder function for final ordering of all entries once the database is finalise. This will order all the entries in the DB and the research team will decide if the ordering should be alphabetical, chronological, or a something else. This function/s will help RSDG when the time to create the publication comes.
