Number of people on PrEP up to 2072 in baseline scenario

Using core file (20230927) with Zim_parameters_08a (i.e. core sexual behaviour) and Zim abort statement, we are finding with option=0 (baseline/status quo) that for n_prep:

• there is a bump in 2027 due to the introduction of cabotegravir
• slight bump from 2044
  To investigate this latter it was agreed to:
• look at s_elig_prep by prep_any_strategy

It is unlikely that this is affecting this but the PreP programme is stopped when HIV incidence reaches very low levels, depending on the parameter prep_dependent_prev_vg1000, so maybe worth doing a few proc prints.
