Make org required + mandatory (outside user control)

Put the organisation name mandatory for the login and the organisation name of the organisation must be displayed by default (and can’t be modified by users during the task creation process) so that a user can’t create a task on the behalf of another organisation (e.g. me creating a task claiming that I’m from the organisation UN-IOM). + adding the name of the organisation by default makes users responsible for what they are doing on the platform.
