SSH directly to compute hosts disabled: update website accordingly

@dstyrk-ucsf , AFAIU, you disable SSH access to compute nodes. The https://www.c4.ucsf.edu/about/specs.html#summary-of-compute-environment page needs to be adjusted accordingly, because the overview table says:

SSH access from inside of cluster: "(✓) only for troubleshooting" [to compute hosts]
