+Kristian Glass presented the report to the members. Kristian presented the
+annual report and accounts for the year:
+
+- PyCon UK did not run in 2024 due to logistics around venues
+- The UKPA supported the Python in Education Day in Oxford
+- The UKPA holds £6639.68 in its bank account
+- Funds from this year's conference are held by the UKPA's wholly owned trading subsidiary, the UKPA Trading
+  Limited
+- Funds from previous conferences are held by PyCon UK Society Limited, the previous entity, which is in the process of being wound down and its assets transferred over

+Trustees

+Daniele Procida's appointment as a trustee has concluded according to clauses 13.1.4 and 13.1.5 of
+the constitution.
+
+Owen Campbell has to retire as a trustee according to clauses 
+13.1.1 and 13.1.2 of the constitution.
+
+Owen Campbell, Adam Turner and Providence Onyenekwe have put themselves forward for election as a
+trustee.
+
+- Owen Campbell was elected by a show of hands.
+- Adam Turner was elected by a show of hands.
