Validator-updated YAML cannot be run: mapping values not allowed

After updating a YAML file with the suews-validator, the resulting updated file results in the following error when running the model at the point of config initialisation:

yaml.scanner.ScannerError: mapping values are not allowed here
in "/home/matthew_work/Repositories/PhD-Work/lib/extra/berlin_dt/new/updated_updated_updated_updated_yaml_setup.yml", line 28, column 13

I think this is related to null values left by the validator as removing these stops the error.

Note that re running the validator with the updated file - post update of null values - reintroduced more null values and brought the error back.

I have not yet checked the code but I propose setting the save yaml function to ignore missing values.

Actually this looks to me like this is a misalignment issue within the YAML. I am not sure how this is happening but it seems that freq is more indented than the other output_file parameters. Perhaps this is a result of the indentation pre-validator followed by an introduction of other parameters at a different indentation.

e.g. from:

output_file:
    freq: 3600

to:

output_file:
  format: null
    freq: 3600
  path: null
  groups: null

I can confirm this is the true solution to remove the error - not removing the null values.
