Edit Tracks

As a user, I want to be able to resize and move tracks around so that I can edit tracks.
Can also edit as you're adding boxes to tracks

Definition of Done:

• Implement moving tracks
• Implement resizing tracks
• Implement data update
• Can also delete the current box
• Test code changes
• Review
