Issue description
When coming from the solutions mapping platform, and wanting to create a new consent form, the link auto-redirects to the solutions platform. One cannot see the consent template and fill it out. A seemingly random form is attached to the returned object.
Where did this happen?
moving from solutions to consent.sdg-innovation-commons.org
What do you expect?
to be able to fill out the form on the consent archive before it is returned to the solutions platform.
