@LinusSch did a quick check:
• Rackham: Has FileZilla
• Tetralith: Has the Thunar file manager, which allows at least SFTP
• Dardel: Has GNOME-files, allowing SFTP (and a few more, see screenshot)
Then again, I think today was a reasonably good introduction to using a terminal for the Windows user with no terminal experience. And the most complete solution for a Windows user is probably to use the WSL, it provides a pretty much one-click install of a CLI Ubuntu VM with smooth access to your windows filesystem, in my (not quite recent) experience.

Rackham is not interesting
I cannot get Thunar to work on either Pelle and Tetralith.
Seems 2FA is ruining it
