Bug with PB2 reference sequence and potentially NA reference sequences

Hi, in the dependency folder with the reference sequences, PB2 (specifically, am25 WIN-AH-2024-FAV-0285 PB2) did not have the 5' and 3' ends trimmed like all the other PB2 sequences.

Also, the NA sequences all have different length, with the shortest at 1353bp (ea6N5 23-004612-001 NA) and the longest at 1426bp (am5N2 WIN-AH-2024-FAV-0285 NA). Is this expected? In all the other fragments the lengths are identical across the different sequences.
