Add warning if mixed well types present in mc0

tcplFit2() does not distinguish between well types. Given we are now processing all well types, add a warning when writing if multiple well types are associated with same spid (ex. for STM_NormalizedViability endpoint, blank wells (media + chemical with no cells) and test wells present.)
