Add parameter to hide warnings in tcplRun and tcplPlot by default

Processing or plotting will not fail, but warnings messages like these can confuse users:

• tcplRun:
  
  
  
• tcplPlot

Add a new parameter to tcplRun and tcplPlot to hide warning messages. By default, set "warning=FALSE"
