Investigate reformatting of data domain vignettes

We switched the formatting of data domain vignettes so they're in html_vignette, but let's see if they can be formatted as rmds_formatting (like main vignette) and still under the CRAN size limit. Could also consider combining like tcpl and tcplfit2 vignettes
