batch functions to get experimental and predicted chemical properties seem to be swapped

get_chem_props_pred_batch() appears to retrieve experimental properties, and get_chem_props_exp_batch() appears to retrieve predicted chemical properties, Should we just swap the function names, or is something deeper going on?

The endpoint addresses are just swapped it looks like. Unless it will break things, I will swap the addresses in the functions and that should fix it.
